My only complaint would be I plugged my phone into the lamp by the nightstand the first night and turned the lights out, this also turned the river city casino riverside iowa off so my phone did not charge over night.

Ruthies was good and the buffet is not too bad either.

It was a little out of the way but we found out it was worth it.

Room: Our room, 224, was a King Deluxe, smoking room but we were assured it was the same quality as the non-smoking rooms.
While it did smell like smoke, it wasn't bad and lighting a candle seemed to remedy it nicely.
My only complaint here was the extremely thin toilet paper.
The room had a flat screen TV on the wall that didn't move and there were a few HD channels available.
There was a lamp on the desk with an accessible outlet on it though.
The chair in the room should have been comfortable but was broken.
That is, when you sat in it, you almost hit the floor.
We did leave a note about this so hopefully it will be repaired or replaced.
Casino: It was a Friday night and there were a fair amount of people.
The casino was fairly large with nice water features and good entertainment.
Although we weren't lucky, we still enjoyed the atmossphere.
Food: We only ate breakfast and it was a buffet but we found it to be an excellent value.
And everything we ate was delicious!
Needless to say, we wouldn't hesitate to spend time here again!

It was late at night, so maybe she just wasn't happy that she had to work river city casino riverside iowa night shift.
Room was ok, but don't understand the whole shower curtain on the OUTSIDE of the shower, and good thing we weren't staying with another couple, because when you shower, anyone on the outside of the bathroom, can see right thru the curtain!
The wife had a problem with one of the slot machines, and was treated very badly by some short dark haired woman by the name of Dora.
She made her feel like she was click at this page to cheat the machine or something, when it was the machine that messed up.

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is located in Riverside, Iowa, about 12 miles south of Iowa City. Probably the best thing about it for RVers is that it has no policy on overnight camping in its parking lot. Sash and I parked our toy hauler there for 16 nights, and wasn’t bothered by casino security at all.

I went in with a friend to give it a try.
When our entrees were brought out my friend found a piece of plastic trash in the food.
We brought this to the more info of the supervisor on shift.
The supervisor apologized for the incident and went into the kitchen.
She came back to let us know that the dish would be re-prepared.
Later that evening when that dish was reheated to eat there was another piece of plastic trash found in the food.
At this point we called the casino and spoke to who they would let us speak with.
After some slight arguing we wanted our money refunded.
This request was flatly refused.
They did offer to provide a meal ticket, back in 22 and vine, for the price of the one dish only.

Since the remodel, some of the food prices have increased 50%.
So if you go to Riverside, be aware of what you purchase or what you play.
Another comment, the employees never smile, even the managers, so are the employees happy working there?
